We collect the following personal data only when you voluntarily submit the contact form:

We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. A session cookie is used solely to remember your cookie consent preference.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your data is processed exclusively to respond to your project enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures).

4. Data Processors

Contact form submissions are handled by a serverless function operated for us by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages) and delivered as transactional email via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement. Your message is forwarded to our email inbox, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provide; Resend does not store message content permanently beyond delivery logs. As Resend is based in the United States, the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

5. Retention

We retain enquiry emails in accordance with German commercial record-keeping obligations (generally 6 years under § 257 HGB). Data no longer needed for business purposes is deleted promptly.
